Hey you awesome PMC moderators, I am glad you saw this before it got deleted. First I want to thank you for keeping PMC clean from spam and just plain crap. Next, some of you moderators can delete things that are compliant to the rules.That is why I wrote this blog. First of all, I made a mod similar to many other, however, I owned it and made it for myself before a lot of the other ones were uploaded, then one of you deleted it, calling it spam. The second thing you unrightfully deleted was a popular texture pack I uploaded, I had gained more than 2 levels on it alone, then one of you deleted it saying that I couldn't add a "filter" to the original texture pack, I thought, "Ok I'll check the PMC Rules" So I did. Here is the Texture Pack rules " Do not Upload:
- Texture packs that someone else created.
- Painterly packs or Remix texture packs.
- X-Ray or See-through Packs
- Fake Texture Packs
- No black & white, sepia or negative packs (based on default textures)
- No default packs"

If we listed every possible way in which the rules could be broken, we would have an unreadably long list of rules. That being said, the rules are being re-written at this time and thank you for pointing out the issue with the wording of the sepia/negative/monochrome line. As another pointer to your info, if you do not get a response from the moderator that you attempted to contact (think 24 hours or more) then contact a secondary moderator.
