DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO USE har_j1's MOD MAKER?!?

I have absolutely no idea how to code, so I wanted to use har_j1's mod maker, but I don't know how to set it up! Like, I know how to add the items, blocks, and generate ores with it, but I don't know how to set up MCP with it because the installation changes most updates! If you can help, PLEASE DO! Thank you for your time!

It barely turned Beta on the 7th, so it is still a work in progress. But so far so good.
