Effortless Submissions[RANT]

Hello PMC, I would like to share my opinion on effortless submissions. These effortless submissions clutter up PMC. Minecrafters want stuff that is not recolored, reskined, stolen. (Well most of them). I know the moderators I hate these too. So if you see any effortless submissions please report them and make the mods job a little bit easier.I have supplied a couple of examples from PMC's Mods, and Skins sections.

Examples:

  1. Skins: If you have noticed there are alot of skins that have been copied over and over again. This makes people that search for skins angry. We don't want to see skins that have no effort what so ever. Here are some examples of some that I have seen. Mobs in suits, teenagers in hoodies, Steve recolors, dj boy or girl skins. These skins are over done and need to stop. I have taken some screen shots of some that I have seen today. I do not mean to pick a fight, I have nothing against you. epngjMSEZpng

Mods: You've probably seen the mods that give you diamond from dirt, cobble, etc. These are made with little or no effort at all. When people want mods they want interesting, challenging, new content mods. Not these get diamonds from dirt mods. Some other ones are the overdone Herobrine(Except for the first one), soft obisidan,More ore mods( I am guilty of this, but I am working on new exciting mods).I have provided some pictures too.To the people that make these mods. I have nothing against you. I am not targeting you at all.I am seeing less and less of these mods and that is really good :).diMjpng

I agree fully with you. I've been there before, and I openly admit I've made one or two not so great skins, especially when starting out, and that's not as bad. But now they're getting old especially with every other person making one. I also know I'm not the best skinner, but I'm improving everyday. But I don't like how we have some skinners out there that don't try to improve, they just keep making horrible skins that no one will use. Sorry if this offends anyone, but I agree with Jetthebuizel fully, I wish something was done to filter out the horrible skins and the generic ones as well.

I agree with you 99%, except I really like "more ores" mods, as long as it's not like a ton of blocks. One or two is good though. Good rant overall. :)
