This will have a very slim chance to drop along with the experience when you slay the dragon. It's called Ender Dragon Power. You can eat this only once. Or respawn the dragon over and over for more of it. When you eat it, you will get dragon wings in your inventory. They are big. You will get a dragon head. Speed 5 for 20 minutes. Jump boost 9, strength 10, resistance, and 10 regeneration 2. Only for 20 minutes. You can be or be better than the dragon.
