Y'all know Emeralds right? Emeralds should be a bit more better! Like since you worked A LONG time to find Emeralds you should get an reward! Like if you have alot of Emeralds,you can make Emerald Armor And Emerald Tools That are MUCH stronger than diamond because it is rarer to find.

So do you agree with me?

I kindof agree..but my opinion on Emeralds is just that they ARE used for alot of things..but people just don't think about it..sure good for decoration and possibly getting something lame from villagers (Who are annoying as h3ll now) (But I do agree they should make them into armor, ete instead of ore, block, and item) like it doesn't catch on fire, so you can use it for things inclooding fire,If you make a texturepack and give it like a core texture, it would be a cool item to find like...the ore would have the Core Shards, item is the shards, once crafted you could use the core for things like robots, ete...builds. All and all, I'm not trying to argue, so plux don't take it the wrong way. I agree, they should make it into armor and tools, maybe even make it more special, right now its just a rip off.

Emeralds were added as currency. They already have the main materials for armor and weapons, emeralds are for decoration or to be used as currency, nothing more.

That's the point. They're for currency, for villagers and servers. That's their purpose.
