Experience Bank! [PLUGIN IDEA]

Hey! So I was on a server and died with a lot of experience. So I thought of a very useful plugin:

EXPERIENCE BANK!!!

It would be a place to store your exp! :D

For example: /expbank deposit <amount of exp u want to deposit in levels>
/expbank withdraw <amount of exp you want to withdraw in levels>

Example: Lets say I have, um, 30 lvls of exp.

I could do /expbank deposit 20
I would be left with 10 lvls.

Maybe someone could make this??

If this is already a plugin, plz tell me and call me a nub. :P
