I made a Tutorial some hours ago, and I liked it.
So here's a Tutorial on the F3 Mode and what it shows.

If you didn't know, AAMC stands for All around minecraft.

Property	English Description
Version	Version
Version + Vanilla / Forge	Shows installed game + Version
Chunk Updates	Tells chunk updates of last minutes
T	in options: max fps
C	Amount of loaded Chunks / Chunk-Sections
D	in options: Render Distance
pC	Amount of Chunks, which are ready to be rendered
pU	Amount of Chunks, waiting to be send to the video card
E	Amount of Entities in the rendered Chunks
B	not in use
I	Amount of Invisible Entities
P	Amount of rendered particles
MultiPlayerChunkCache	Amount of rendered Chunks in the MP Cache vor Lan-Worlds
XYZ	Exact-Coordinates Player is on.
Block	Coordinates of the Block, the Player is standing on
Chunk	Coordinates of the Chunk
Facing	Where the player is looking at. North, South...
Biome	Biome, you are in
Light	Lightamount, at the block and from the sky
Local Difficulty	Difficulty and amount of playing in time
Looking at	Block, you are looking at
Help	Press F3 + Q

If you are looking at a Block, you'll be shown some blockdata on the right side.
*Block-ID: Block-ID
*facing: where you are looking at
*half: upper or lower part of block
*hinge: site of hinge
*open: open or closed
*powered by redstone

Shortcuts
F3 + A: Reload chunks
F3 + B: Shows hitboxes
F3 + C (Hold 10 Seconds): Makes Minecraft crash equalling in a crash report file
F3 + D: Clears chat
F3 + F: higher view distance by 1
F3 + F + Shift: lower view distance by 1
F3 + G: Makes chunk borders visible
F3 + H: Show tooltips (shows/hides extra information like item IDs)
F3 + N: Switch between Creative and Spectator mode
F3 + P: automatic Pause; Switches to Auto-Pause, if going to Desktop by using Alt + TAB
F3 + Q: Shows parts of this list
F3 + T: Updates current ressource pack (texture pack)
