These are a few helpful tips for factions. Some Ive learned from other people and some Ive came up with off the top of my head. Please enjoy! :)

1. Make many entrances in your base when its built because if someone takes over your base and the person is gaurding the main door, you can come in from the other door posibly behind the main door so you can take him on unexpected to your foe.

2. Claim alot of land around your base so that TNT cannons cant reach your base and blow into your base.

3. Make some towers around your base if its an above ground base so you can fire arrows at your foes beneath you.

4. When you are searching for a base to raid do /f map every now and then as you walk through the wild so you can see the bases on the map.

5. Recruit people you trust ALOT because if you invite random people they will most likely betray you and destroy your base.

6. Dont invite visitors! If they get mad the next day you go on the server your base will be griefed and trashed! You really do not want to have "boyfriends" or "girlfriends" being invited.

7. Make good faction descriptions like "True courage is about knowing to take a life, but to spare one" or "Not all those who wander are lost". Dont make descriptions that have curse words in them because hey, kids play this game!

8. Try to make allies but dont just make random allies because they may turn to the dark side and kill you. Make good decisions.

9. Try to make a hidden base because if its not it will get easily raided.

10. Do not make a mansion or house because it will get raided easily.

11. Dont invite allies to your base unless they really need your aid.

12. Put water over your base because it is TNT proof.

13. Make rules.

14. Be aware of traps in other bases!

15. Be a good sport.

16. If putting your base underground, try to do it underwater! That way they can't use a TNT cannon!
