My idea for a mod would be a "Follower Mod" There would be npc characters that you would find throughout the world you are playing. They would do stuff on their own until you "Add Them To your Group of up to three people" They should have different classes like archer, mage, berserker, swordsman, knight,rougue.
They all have a openable inventory for you to look at, they automatically pick up stuff, they kill mobs, but some are afraid of a certain type of mob. They Should have commands to do stuff. Hope you like my idea!

That is a cool idea to have a team. You should add some more info on stuff like certain NPCs have certain vocations and attributes. Archer, Swordsman, Berserker, Mage maybe?
