why am i getting black screen when i'l post the video on youtube? im recording a 10 min session and im getting no black screen when i look at the video when i look at it on my laptop but when i post it on youtube it gets a black screen in the middle of the video
my fraps records a 4 min session before it gets a new clip and when i put it together with windows movie maker it maken a 0.5 second of black screen when i post it on youtube its from that point and all the way until the end!

Tips for improving your Fraps experience:

  • When you're about to record, change your Windows 7 theme to Basic (no aero) to minimize CPU stress
  • Close any other programs running
  • Set your Video Capture Settings to 60fps
  • Record in half-size if you can stand to live with it, or make your window smaller when recording in full-size
  • Lock your framerate when recording (not really sure what that one does, but I'm to understand it helps)
  • Set the output folder to a different hard disk drive (HDD) entirely. This way, one can be playing Minecraft while the other is taking in the video
  • When in Windows Movie Maker, import the entire video and edit as you wish. After rendering it for the upload, play it back to make sure everything's okay
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection while recording, and use Internet Explorer 9 (if you have Windows 7. Use no lower than IE8)
