you will need the things:
a over-sized video recording file
virtual dub: virtualdub.sourceforge.net/
xvid codec: download.cnet.com/XviD-Video-Codec/3000-2140_4-10651548.html
you need to install the xvid codec
and unzip virtual dub
open virtual dub and click file(left top) and after that click open
browse to the video file and open it
( if you got 2 files you can mount it after the first one click file and after click append avi segment and browse to the video file)
click video (in the same bar as file) and after click compression
select xvid mpeg-4 codec
and click configure
click profile @ level and set it to the quality you want (xvid hd 1080 is tahe best)
drag the quality video size bar almost to the end (see screenshot)
click ok and again ok
click file again and after click save as avi
browse to the location you want to store and click save
the converting can take a while!
for me was the size from 41 gb! to 304 mb! this is MUCH faster to upload to youtube
