or maybe the garfield-like god is part of garfield's subconcious keeping him sane?
because if we say that the halloween 1989 is what garfield goes through daily and all the comics are his subconcious trying to keep him sane we can say than the godlike garfield is not the actual god of the series
OR another theory would be that garfield is, infact the cat of god
