Getting XP is quite easy on PlanetMinecraft. First, try to figure out what you are best at. If you are good at making skins then you're talent is wasted if all you want is XP on PMC. Skins will get you very little XP. If you are good at texture packs, make a really good one and post it. This will get you the most XP.

Here is how to get XP with each of the different types of things.

Projects - If you are good at building then build a really nice, original structure that some people might actually want to use. (Not just look at) If you build a nice town then someone may want to use the town as one of the towns on their server and they will download it and possibly diamond the project which will earn you XP. This however, is not the best way to get XP.
Texture packs - This is a really good way to get a lot of XP at once, but will probably take the longest of anything you can do. Make a nice texture pack that fits an original theme. Tip: Make sure the texture pack is original so that people choose yours over someone elses.
Skins - Not the way to go. Very few people even look at them.
Servers - This is a nice way to make XP, but only do it if you really want to have a server. To maximize the XP given you can ask users to diamond and comment to get a 'Member' rank on your server. Tip: People like 24/7 servers with no lag.
Blogs - Think of a nice topic that people will want to read. Do not contain spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. People seem to like storys. Find an amusing plot and write a short story, asking for diamonds if you want to continue. If people like the story and want part II, they will diamond, giving you XP.
Mods - This will take the longest and will not generate that much XP unless it is a good mod. You must be experienced in Java. If you want to make a good mod, think of an original idea for a cool mod that people will like.
