So we all know feedback is good. But is telling the truth about something that is BAD... good?
Negative reinforcement... sounds like it hurts. And it does! Just do it right. So lets say you find this HORRIBLE PMC PROJECT. Like, its worse than... er yeah. Please comment about it. But don't be too much of a critic. Just say what needs to be IMPROVED. DO NOT SAY it was bad. It gives the uploader negative feedback, AND, they don't know what to improve on because your just rambling about what you don't like. -_- THEN they can't improve.
Basically, if you only tell them negative stuff, then it'll only hurt them AND they can't do anything about it. So make sure to say what needs to be improved, not everything bad! Also tell what you like!
