There is such a thing as a 5th game mode (Survival, creative, hardcore, Adventure.). It is a mystery, and I will experiment and get the info

First Of all, In order to even access this game mode, you need to edit an nbt tag, which requires either a program that can or the ingame nbteditor mod. If you set it to anything higher then 3, it will automatically set it back to 0, BUT if you set it to -1, It puts you in a gamemode that, really is, some sort of mix of a creative hotbar and a survival mode. doesn't seem that special. Let's check the Abilities...

• Instabuild seems to not be active
  
• Still vulnerable to attack
  
• Can still build
  
• But cannot fly.
  

Still doesn't seem so special, It basically Is survival, in a way that hides your hunger, XP, and health. It is pretty clear that this may have been an early version of creative that maybe broke, or maybe they just put the classic mode data at -1, It may just be a work in progress game mode altogether? Who knows. Maybe mojang would shine some light on this.
It's basically just survival with a lack of a health bar and hunger, nor XP. But it might be something more.

In conclusion, this gamemode may be nothing, or something. Maybe even just leftovers of an old part of an old version. We need to investigate more, but for now, let's just enjoy playing some more, eh?
