So, one day, while playing on a server (phoenixblaze), I somehow glitched Block-breaking animation entity into the world. I am not sure how i did this, it appeared simply after breaking a block of stone. I would like to know of any explanations for what you think caused it, or if you unintentionally spawn an entity of some sort, like I did.
