Gust Mod

So I just got the most awesome idea for a single player mod that I would call the Gust Mod. The only problem is, I have no experience coding in java, but I'm still going to say my idea and see who likes it

So the main idea about this mod is you have a gust wand crafted out of a stick and an endereye. With this wand, you can do something really magical....You can place a block in mid air! I was thinking that this wand could be a multipurpose kind of key thing. Like you'd have to hold down shift then right click in the air and a block would be placed at a pre-configured distance or you could hold shift and then use the scroll wheel to move the cursor a certain amount of blocks or something.

Another idea for this mod is the idea of adding wind blocks. Crafted out of an iron block with a gust wand beside it, this block will blow a breeze in the direction that you place it (kind of like a dispenser). These blocks could be used for various purposes, like as a jump pad, or for getting that pesky achievement where you have to ride a pig off a cliff (a wind block outside of a pen with a pig inside, activate the block by right clicking on it with the gust wand and you are good to go)!

I think that this mod could also do a kind of fly mod thing where you hold the wand to do creative flying.
