Having Problems Changing Avatars?

I've noticed that a lot of people are having problems changing their avatar or signature and some are having problems uploading skins and/or blogs. I had this problem but I was lucky enough to have a friend who had already had this problem and found the solution. However some of you may not be as lucky and are still trying to find a solution.


So, To fix this problem many of you may need to Delete Your Browsing History. Im not sure how to do it on Mac or Windows 7 but that's why we have Google. On Windows XP you go up to Safety in the top right corner of your screen(Not too far below your google searchbar). After you click that , click Delete Browsing History and BOOM...Now you should be able to Change your avatar or Upload Skins, no problem.
