Help?

Hello.

So, i need help on this. I bought Minecraft back in 2017 and i can get the windows 10 free version. Well..i promised my cousin i would get it so i can play with him, since he only has minecraft on his ipad, so i claimed it. it took me to windows store and all but didn't download it, and now i can't re claim it or anything..i know you cantt buy minecraft again and get another code, but if anyone hass had any issues with this, can they help?
