HELP cant reach server error

HELP so yea i got a problem whit my server in the server list of my friends there stands cant reach server and if the want to join failed to connect the server connection refused connect.
i realy dont know what to do about it so please can someone help.
of course you will be rewarded whit a new subscriber.

YES my problem is solved i set a up a hamachi server
