HELP I NEED A PLUGIN!!!

Hello everyone, I am now building up my own Snowball fight server... I have a plugin that snowballs do damage, but now i am seeking for a other plugin... Because how can the players in the server get snowballs? I don't want them to grief so i don't let them grab snowballs in chests.. Is there a bukkit plugin that you can make a command that gives the player who executes the commands snowballs? Because that would be great, then I can finally put my server online...

UPDATE

Ok, I got the plugin for that right now... But now I have a other problem! If I throw snowballs all the time it makes snow blocks, is there a plugin to disable that! Because it is really annoying!
