HELP ME! (AGAIN)

my server got greifed, and someone did lavafalls all over the server, and i want a new server, but whenever i get a new server, i get the same world. i dont have a lot of money to spend (or any for that matter) so it cant be one i have to buy. isomeone knows why this is please tell me. it would be a huge help, and if you want i can op you on the server.

idk about servers but normally when u look at ur server files theres a world
delete that world and u get a new 1

i tried that but im still getting the same world, i even deleted all of the items on my computer that had to do with the server
