Help me with bukkit!

Hey, Im new to bukkit and im trying to make a server where only ops can place and destroy blocks in a curtain area. Also I kinda want money in the server where people can make shops and get jobs and buy houses. So can some-one please tell me what plugins I will need for it.

The safe spawn can be edited in the config file, only ops can build there.
