Help With Skins Please?

I Need Someone Who Can teach me how to make skins, like the shading, what kind of things i need to concentrate on and what programs i use etc. After they have taught me i am thinking to buy a website and start our own Skinning Company Where people Request Skins , I Would like them to teach me how to make skins off skype, for more info please p.m. me
