How Do I Create A Bukkit Server?

Hello Everyone! Along my minecraft lets play I've recently commited too, I wanted to know how to create A bukkit server so I could run it, While I'm on my lets play, I will let any of my youtube subscribers obviously be my Admins/Moderators As long as you pass the quiz, I want to create my own so its about 40-50 slots, I need at least 10 admins and 5 moderators. My friend xXxmineforgoldxXx will be the co-owner, We will always be on this server, I would like you guys to post videos on how to make A bukkit server, Me and my Co-Owner will agree who wll be the co-owner-assistant who will choose our plugins and have the same things me and xXxmineforgoldxXx doo .
