How Do You Create Mods?

There are loads of good mods and modders out there but how to make a mod? When you start looking at mods you sometimes look at something and think "that could be changed....." or "this could have..." or "what if this part had....." but you can't make a mod yourself and cant find out how searching the net/web then it can be very frustrating thinking of something yet not being able to make a mod of it or help with a mod. So please if there's a modder reading this please send me a message saying how or leave a comment and i will make a blog about how!

If anyone is making a mod that needs skins and texture then i can help!
