How To Be A Good Server Staff.
Hello! Welcome to my first ever blog! I will be making a few blogs every week so don't be afraid to subscribe to my account!
So, you've realised that you haven't been the best staff in the world? Don't worry I'll show you how to get back on track for being staff of the month!I've had a lot of experience being staff on a server and have learned the do's and dont's of being a good one.
Before I start I just want you to know that this is not a tutorial on how to become staff, simply only how to be a good one.
1: Help all members.
This step is veryimportant. Try and help new and old members of the server your staff, even saying "please read the rules before you do anything" to a new player is healthy to your staff carer.
2:Dont Suck Up To Higher Ranking Staff Or The Owner.
I have tried this so many times and it never works. Don't always go along with a higher staff member or the owner, they would love to hear your opinion on things that they do.
3:Have Good Relationships With Other Server Members And Staff Members.
Your not going to want to want to argue and fight with anyone on a server. If someone is annoying you tell the owner, but don't result in an argument! It only makes both of you look bad.
4: Commit To The Server.
Don't go onto the server once a week, at least one or two hours a day! If there are some days you wont be able to come on a server tell the owner. The moreoftenyou are on, the more likely the owner will notice you on the server.
5: Don't Over Do It.
Don't overdo any of these steps except "Commit To The Server". Lets take for example "Help All Member", this doesn't mean give everyone diamond blocks and have drop parties every two seconds! Space everything out, its alright to have a drop party (with owners permission) now and again but not all the time.
