This doesn't work one single bit. If you want a cape just buy one, you can't fake them, just the "code generators" for minecraft. This does not work one single bit, and if anything he just wants to scam you of your time.

You can't buy capes. You have to earn them (like the 1,000,000th buyer got a cape) or go to Minecon.
