Welcome to my next tutorial! Here, i will tell you how to get a staff position on ANY server! I will starts by telling you the basics, like always. However, please remember that the basics are still a very useful thing. They get you a better chance more than anything. So, shall i start and stop explaining? Yes, i think i should.
The first simple basic is staying active. Staying active is a very simple thing to do. you don't have to be on the server 24/7 but try visit it daily and play on it for a long time.
An extremely simple basic is also following the rules at all times. Following the rules is the number one chance of getting OP. The chances are, The owner/admin will see you standing out off the rest of the players. They will keep watching you, seeing if your worthy enough.
This is when you prove your self. You have to be good at handling players problems. If nobody is on line and a player has a problem, then your going to have to deal with it. if you just say "I cant help Because i don't know how" then the owners / admins will not promote you, as you wouldn't be able to handle the community's problems.
Next, you have to be friends with EVERY player! If you become a public enemy, then you would not be accepted.
Donation is what the owners need. Donating will make you become their friends! This will increase your chances of becoming an OP.
Know your plugins and commands. You have to know your plugins, it is a huge thing in the server communities!
Build huge, great creations for the server. You will be noticed by players AND staff. This isn't very popular but it does work.
Become popular amongst the community of the server. Becoming popular will get you noticed.
I will give you a list of what you should do, as it would be quicker and more efficient for you to understand. I want this to meet your understandance!
1. Be kind to everyone, help and be kind. (especially owner and staff).
2. Get popular.
3. Build great creations.
4. Know your stuff / Know about plugins and server info.
5. Become of use to staff and the owner.
6. Be on regulary.
7. Donate if possible.
8. Find Glitches and problems within the server and tell the owner or admins.
9. Advertise with owner/admins permission.
10. Then if the owner is noticing you, secure the deal, advertise and tell him or donate.
11. Do this over a long period of time!
12. Build yourself a sturdy foundation of knowledge about commands etc.
13. Secure the trust between you and the owner.
