Part 1: Get Noticed
To get staff on a server, you must show respect towards others. This includes setting a good example, such as reporting hackers and following the rules as stated on the server. If you're new to the server, try to be friendly with anyone. Don't start or continue any arguements that some players might have. It's good to set a good reputation as a player in order to get staff. Interact with players and get new friends. Be funny and respectful to the peers around you.

In order to get known as a staff member, you have to interact with other staff members. This doesn't mean go up to them and suck up, this means be friendly and polite and help out in any way possible. Don't be disrespectful to another staff member, it wouldn't set a good reputation for you to get accepted.

Be as detailed in your staff application as possible. Provide lots of detailed information, as that is the key to becoming a staff member. Since there is an application, they are obviously seeking for mature staff members on their server.
