Ahoy there!

Recently I have been scrolling through blogs, projects and servers and I have a couple tips on how to get more views and XP from these uploads :D

1. Press F1 before you screenshot.

Nothing worse than seeing "Time set 1" in the chat bar or "Screenshot saved" If you press F1 this hides the HUD.

2. Use a texture pack!

We all know default isn't the best texture pack. Let's be creative and use a custom or recommended texture pack for the download aye?

3. Change your Video settings

Go onto options, video settings - You'll want quality up to fancy along with at least normal render. Makes it look far more pro and less grainy.

4. speel corektly nd use propr grammrz

^I hate this, not sure about you, but anything I see without capital letter looks more "Nooby". Just makes it look nice and lovely :D

5. Briefly sum up your upload in the title.

"Redstone stuff" Isn't a good title to promote your work, perhaps "Redstone logic gates" Will get a higher View/Download ratio.

6. Square brackets > Curved brackets.

You've probably seen posts on forums with [Official]. I'm not saying put [Official] At the end regardless, but if you are doing a title use [] Rather than (). I personally think it looks neater; It's what I do :D

7. Organize your photos!

If you organize your photos you can get the most relevant to be the thumbnail. In my opinion this is the hardest part. Choosing the best looking/most important part of your work can be hard, but it certainly gets more people onto your upload than titles alone.
