I've seen some threads about people not knowing how to install a mod,so I can help you!
BACK UP YOUR WORLDS! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST DATA!
This is only for mods which require only Modloader and ModloaderMP (and if so none)
Legend: * = required
? = optional
*1.Find your .minecraft folder (windows use run and type %appdata%)
*2.Open up your .jar in .minecraftbinminecraft.jar (Use a file opener ie: winrar or 7-zip)
*3.DELETE META-INF!!!! THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP!!!!
(if it says on the mod thread you need modloader and modloadermp you must open up the spoiler)
*4.Drag and drop the .class files (sometimes folders) in the .jar (REMEMBER!!! ONLY MOST.OF.THE.TIME!)
?5. READ FAQ IF YOU NEED HELP!
