If you find a map that you want to play and you don't know how to install it this is a tutorial for you!
1.Download The Map
And Yet if you didn't do this step (you probably did)
all you have to do is click "Minecraft World Save"
when you do it will take you to a new tab or mediafire press download
now i should be in your download folder.
2.Drag It on your desktop or copy the folder
Next i recommend Dragging it on your desktop
3. Drag or Paste Folder into your Saves Folder
you will find the saves folder by clicking on library, then application support, then look for your minecraft folder, then look for your saves when you click on saves it will open with all your current minecraft worlds then from your desktop drag the folder (or paste) in the saves folder
