Whever i try to open the launcher.jar it says, the java jar file could not be launched check the console for futher error messages. Help?

When I start up FTB it begins to look like it's working, it loads the launcher, I hit the "Launch" button and it launches the game in a new window. It does a little FTB animation and then crashes. I'm not seeing any errors in the console or in the FML window. If I could get some help that would be great. I'm running on a 2010 iMac with Mac OS X 10.8.2 Intel Core 2 Duo 4gb Memory. That should be good enough to run it. I run Minecraft at about 40 fps on max settings.

I did what you said all the "Console Window" says is Error *Random number* and I try again and it does the same thing over and over again. :P

I am using java 6 but when i launch it it stops after the logo and doesnt load minecraft

You need to have a premium Minecraft account. You don't create a FTB account, you simply use your Minecraft information.

Please help me shireen, I downloaded the jar successfully and got the launcher with no problems. But when I click launch, and it begins updating, the download stops at around about 500Kb. This is not a problem with my internet, and I have tried t multiple times and the same thing keeps on happening. Please help me. Thanks.
