So first download this:

Now go to start button in your computer(left down corner)
In search type %appdata%
Then click on .minecraft then open your bin
Once in your bin open the * minecraft * using Winrar ( or anyover program )
Now drag all the files from too many items into your minecraft
Then DELETE REMEMBER! META-INF OR NO MODS WILL WORK!
