How to install Too Many Items mod for 1.5.2
Step 1.
Download Too Many Items here:http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1787364-toomanyitems-152/
Step 2.
Open search for %appdata% on your computer then open .minecraft
Step 3.
Open up your bin
Step 4.
Right click your minecraft.jar and press open with winRAR 7 zip ect.

Step 5.
Open Too Many Items
Step 6.
Select all files in Too Many Items
Step 7.
Drag files into your minecraft.jar
Step 8.
Close out of everything
