We all have that sudden Minecraft moment when *BOOM*, a Creeper or 2 blows up a Lrage portion or 2 of you house, that despicable creature! Well I have some ways to keep your house Safe+Sound!

The "Resistance" Method: We all know, or at least most of us do, that certain blocks have certain Blast Resistances. For instance Bedrock is the hardest beacuse you cant mine it or destory it unless your in creative! So your next best option is Obsidian. Obsidian is a black and purple speckled block created by a stationary pool of Lava+movng Water. It is also only mined with a Diamond Pickaxe, and takes quite a while to mine, so I suggest enchantments! Mine it and Surround your lower House eith a layer or Obsidian, I believe this should work!

The "Edit" Method: While this could be considered cheating it will work! Download MCedit. Its a free program that A LOT of map makers use, trust me its legit. Surround your house in a layer of Bedrock or Obsidian, this can later be removed using Mcedit again.

The "Under" method: Place your house underground! Dig a hole, replace the walls with your desired block, a roof and light. Boom! Your done!

The "Over" Method The sky is a great place for your house! Just make sure you hvae a easy way to get up, such as multiple minecarts leading up one to another, and a easy way to get down, ladder or jumping into a large pool of water!
