Just to test it out, put up a wall that has 4 levers on it. But the blcoks with the lever should be different to make it easier!

The levers that you want to make go up but a block down with a redstone on top. On the one's you want down put a redstone on the ground with a redstone torch on the block of the lever. (Sorry, this is hard to explain) then connect the redstone path to a block and put a redstone torch on it. Then drag redstone connecting to that and connect it to the door and you done.
