Welcome to Coconutkat's Tutorial to make a Vanilla Minecraft server! EASY! ONLY 10 steps!
(BTW I did not create the vanilla Icon I found it on google)

1. Go to Minecraft.net/download
2. Click where it says minecraft_server.1.8.1.exe or click on the blue text to download
3. Your minecraft server should be downloading
4. Create a folder and name it Minecraft Server
5. Drag your minecraft_server.1.8.1.exe in to the Minecraft Server folder
6. Open the folder and click minecraft_server.1.8.1.exe twice
7. It should start filling up your folder with everything to make your server work.
8. Then if the server console is not aready open click minecraft_server.1.8.1.exe one more time
9. Then Open minecraft type in your ip(if you dont know it look down) or localhost
10. Your in your server!
(There may be problems with the server being online publicly it maybe on your wifi to fix this you should portforward)
How to find your ip:
Go to http://www.whatsmyip.org/
