Welcome to Coconutkat's Tutorial to make a Vanilla Minecraft server! EASY! ONLY 10 steps!
(BTW I did not create the vanilla Icon I found it on google)

1. Go to Minecraft.net/download

2. Click where it says minecraft_server.1.8.1.exe or click on the blue text to download

3. Your minecraft server should be downloading

4. Create a folder and name it Minecraft Server

5. Drag your minecraft_server.1.8.1.exe in to the Minecraft Server folder

6. Open the folder and click minecraft_server.1.8.1.exe twice

7. It should start filling up your folder with everything to make your server work.

8. Then if the server console is not aready open click minecraft_server.1.8.1.exe one more time

9. Then Open minecraft type in your ip(if you dont know it look down) or localhost

10. Your in your server!

(There may be problems with the server being online publicly it maybe on your wifi to fix this you should portforward)

I'd like to state a problem, while this has helped as I originaly thought you just had to open it, It is still making the same problem as before, when I click 'run' it will open for a brief second before closing itself, is there anyway I can stop that or make it work?

Okay, nvm I sorted it, you must open the eula and change 'eula=false' to 'eula=true'.
But now, It keeps saying "Can't resolve hostname"

well you one need to portforward which i use utorrent which makes that and also you need to put a code for the run.bat file and also gotta go to ipconfig in commandprompt or cmd and then you find your internet ip and then type that in and it should work :)
