for an introduction: What is Organic Builds?.
organic builds are builds of living things. an example of this would be; a skull, a dragon, a worm or a hand.
have you ever wanted to make your projects better with something more than regular buildings? ever watched a cool build of a dragon on youtube and wondered "how the hell did he make that?". this tutorial will give you an idea of how to start making an organic build, what to avoid and generally how to do it.
with this short introduction i present to you:
"The organic mini-tutorial 'till the big guys come out with their tutorial on how to do it"
steps:
1; get an idea, for beginning then start with something from a picture (references are always good)
2; make the bone structure of your structure in paint, (or any other drawing program), i usually use a size 2 out of 4 brush so i can more easily see edges and curves. remember you can make curves in Paint using the curve-line tool.
example :)
3; when you are happy with the bone structure go build it in minecraft and fill it out in the middle.

4; add layers on. i usually make it so the layers go 1 from the edge of the previous layer. remember to stop before you reach the final layer so it gets a smooth feeling instead of a pointy feeling.
5; choose materials and replace the outer layer with the material chosen ( see your chosen picture for references and my pictures for an idea how).
6; check your final product and see if you like it :)
i hope this will help you in your creation of Organic Builds and if it did, then toss a diamon and give a comment :)
Ps, this Blog is gonna be updated further with more pictures and such :)
oh and MERRY CHRISTMAS!
