First Press "R" And The Windows Button At The Same Time. Type In %appdata%. Navigate To .minecraft.
Open The "Bin" Folder. Find minecraft.jar (or just minecraft.) With WinRAR
Move "Font" In To A New Folder. Open It Up, Then Delete Everything In It Except default.png. (yes even alternate.png)
Copy The Default.png On To Your Desktop. (Make Sure Its On Your Desktop, AND Still in The File)
Rename The default.png On Your Desktop To alternate.png. Move It Back To Your Font Folder.
Than Rename The Folder You Put Font In To English Enchanting Tables. Put The File In to
Your Texture Pack Folder. Run Minecraft, And Go To Texture Packs. Use The Texture Pack
English Enchanting Tables. Whenever You Use This Texture Pack, Enchantment Tables Will Speak English.
Also I Know I Said "Without A Texture Pack" BUT You Now Have A Texture Pack.
