Hello Everyone reading this.
Most of you probably know how to make skins and/or upload them on a daily or weekly basis. This is mainly for those that don't know how to make their own skin but would really like to make a Custom Designed skin. There are Many Methods for the creation process of skins most you might already know of or have heard somewhere. Well this Blog will make your life easier as the LINKS will be in this Blog. The first Program that is probably the most commonly used would be Minecraft Skin Edit. A wonderful program that even allows you to have a template marked as to where each body part goes and EVEN Lets you see your Character in the making. skins Edit is a diverse program with MANY features such as pencil which is what you draw with. Color picker which lets you pick the color you click on.line tool where you click on to points and it will draw you a straight line (There are still some others) and finally the most loved tool in this application Dodge and Burn this is a unique tool to skin edit and it allows you to click and drag over your work and it will make some patches lighter and darker. You can also adjust in the tool settings what the variation from the original color will be.

Just extract the file using any archiving software you have.
Next is Paint.NET and Photoshop.
These two programs allow you to do a wide range of things from textures to skins and more. they are much easier to alter a color very slightly and get some precisely enhanced detail. While Paint.NET is free and will have a Download after this paragraph sadly Photoshop won't. If you would Like to get Photoshop then head over to the adobe website
