Step 1: You want to build a base above ground and make sure you use lots of torches and glowstone or other things to make it stand out! Maybe even some signs!
Step 2: Gather all of the diamonds, iron, gold, and emerald as possible and make those into blocks and cover your house with them! Also you can even get cool with it and make a huge 1x50 tower out of it! :)
Step 3: You want to decorate your house to the best of your abilities, add so much details that it just looks like it needs to be looked at by another wondering player. Make sure you put flowers, pools, and animals everywhere around your house.
Step 4: You want to let a random person thats just randomly asking to join a faction, join your faction. Allow them in your base and allow their friends, and their friends friends.
Step 5: You should sit back and watch the fireworks, mainly because it will not end nicely. Reason being is that your base will be raided and griefed so don't bother going to back for anything. Mostlikely it'll all be gone even useless stuff, like string, rotten flesh, and spider eyes.
