Hello everyone you may be worried about choosing staff well I have owned my own server before and I can tell you a couple of tips. 1st when you are choosing staff they need to earn the job if the first thing somebody sais when they joins is can I be staff ALWAYS say NO. And choose staff carefully if someone truly wants to put their time into your server then thats when you need to accept them. if the application is short then deny it. if someone does not do the application and says We can talk on skype my skype is (Skype Name) dont add them or give them your personal skype always say NO!. one last important thing is to not judge by age judge by the love and how mature they are. also dont accept all the applications cause then you will have to much staff and exactly have like 1 or 2 players make the server have about 10-15 staff then the rest players. Always remember to thing before you accept the applicatios.
