Hi there! Im going to tell you how to ride an enderdragon in vanilla minecraft! First of all make sure you are in the 1.7 snapshot, then copy and paste the command below into a command block/your chat bar.
/summon Minecart ~ ~1 ~ {Riding:{id:"EnderDragon"}}
This will summon a minecart riding an enderdragon, you must then try and get on the minecart (This will take approximately 3-5 tries) and thats It!!!
You are now riding an enderdragon! you might want to type /gamerule mobGriefing false before you do this because that will prevent the enderdragon from destroying the terrain.
