how to set up a bukkit (1.6.4) server (cracked)

1-first make a .bat file with notepad or another text editing software.
2- copy and paste this message to the .bat file:''@ECHO OFF
java -Xmx1g -jar craftbukkit.jar -o false
PAUSE''
3-open your control panel>system and security>system>advanced system settings>enviroment settings>PATH>edit> C:Program Files (x86)Javajre7bin
4-download bukkit(1.6.4) if you don't already have it
5-put the bukkit and .bat file in a new empty folder
6-double click on the bat file
7-let it load fully out (slow first time) (don't close this window)
8-check your ip on:IP Chicken - Whats my IP address? ip address lookup
9-put the ip adress in minecraft (1.6.4) and start
the server should work , if not please comment your problem

PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED TO MAKE A SERVER if I found one that is working say goodbye to you

i haven't used minecraft in months now but i still think i can help you.
open your control panel>system and security>system>advanced system settings>enviroment settings>PATH>edit> C:Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin

i get the error /127.0.0.1:53980 lost connection every time i try to connect using localhost and when i try to login using the ip address i got from IP Chicken it just stays on trying to connect to server screen

press the windows button + r then type cmd in the cmd type ipconfig the go up u will see the IPV4 :D 

BTW It Says OnlineMode=True D: Help?

I know it is a bit hard to figure out. Each time you restart your computer you get a new ip, you can find it on ip chicken and then copy and paste it on the server ip address on the settings file and start it with internet connection. then you can try it on ''local host'' on MC multiplayer. If it doesn't work i don't know what the problem is.
