Hello!
Today I'll be showing you how to write an appropriate staff application for major servers! Many major servers are in need of a large staff team to accomodate for their large player base. Its an important factor in running a server. Although on some servers, it isn't really about your app, You should still put thought into it.

First off, I'll tell you about how to approach the server!
When you first join a new community, don't go straight for the staff app, play the server for at least 1-2 months without getting into any trouble before applying. This will show the Owners/Admins that you are a valued player to have on the community!

2: You need to help on the forums!
You probably hear this all the time, but its true. You must, and I mean MUST be one of those players who helps others out! And I don't mean posting things like: "Good Report" or "Buy and Unban here". These posts will just annoy the current staff. Try posting things that will actually help! Not just 3 word posts.

3: Detail and Grammar:
Detail: Include at least a few paragraphs. Don't blab about other servers. Talk about you and how you bring a positive input to the server! Don't just say: "I'm mature and expierenced" Because you will most likely be declined! Don't lie about your age. Because the owner will know.

Grammar: OH MY GOD! Please take the time to read over your application and don't use shortcuts like: "u" or "ur".

4: Abuse
If you recieve a staff rank. Follow the god damned rules. If you abuse your permissions then you are an outright d-bag. Enforce them don't break them! When you are a moderator, try to reframe yourself from cussing, I know most servers don't care but the players do and it makes them feel bad! When a player annoys you don't insult them, just ask them to stop and if they resist, apply the appropriate punishment!
