Give him what he deserves!

You need a Command block for this. Because its too long.

/give @p command_block

Place the command block
Right-Click and Copy this

/tellraw @a ["",{"text":"Server: Opped ","color":"gray","italic":true},{"selector":"@p","color":"gray","italic":true},{"text":"]","color":"gray","italic":true}]

and paste it on, then Switch it to "Always Active" or just Click "Needs Redstone".

Output:
[Server: Opped (IGN)]
