I only think Notch maked herobrine just for fun and to see if peoples get scarred of it.
And when peoples have seen herobrine they crate a myth of how thy seen him.

The Staff which you mad isnt very creative and everybody knows that Herobrine is fictional.

Ok, Herobrine is a MOD but not "available" in Vanilla-Minecraft.
