There's the website on how to make a Texture pack... I forget what it's called. I'll tell you if I remember.

you could try your hand at a texture pack. they're not that hard and pretty rewarding

You could build something out of Fallout 3? Perhaps a Vault, Megaton, or the Brotherhood of Steel HQ (Which is pretty much the Pentagon with a Crane to lift up the game).
